Just finished another experiment - I'm fucking exhausted. I am trying to get so much done before vacation and I'm just finding it impossible.

On the plus side I played with liquid nitrogen and I think I only freezer burned one finger? I surely do hope it will be ok! I never worked with the stuff until today...

I am presently giving a 3 hour review with 4 other TAs for undergraduate genetics. I'm teaching eukaryotic gene regulation and population genetics.

After tonight, I just have to grade exams on Thursday and I'm all set for teaching.

I'm also going to start 3 experiments tonight to get the ball rolling. I hope to have it all set by Friday. Then I just have to use a FACS method and I am on vacation!!

Also, I got all my data back for the second half of my thesis project and it's looking frigging sweet! The end of my MIT experience is in sight!! Paper submission is looking good, too.
